i don't get what this thread is about. a new 'speed p.oker' type? at which room? for dumb unknown reasons you cant post names of po.ker rooms here but post with a symbol in it.

I think you should check your safety settings on your browser. There is no reason why you cannot post the name of the poker site but the forum changes it into a link, which your browser might block cos it thinks it an advert link. Try turning off ad blocker.

But in case that fails, the site is f u ll ti lt. But you will miss most of the conversation above if you can't read the words p.okr, f.t.p, poke.rstars, b.ing.o, cas.ino, b.etting etc

back on topic I really don't get this format. It allows you to raise up to 10bb but you can't call til 10bb is reached so why would anyone raise less just to fold before the flop. And as said above it's then just a case of your pre flop shove-call range, which isn't anywhere near the normal skill level of poker. There's no reads. Position doesn't matter much since you have no fold equity or different call ranges. I don't know who this format is for?

Are you even serious, dude?
Position is extremely important when playing short stack poker!

I give up after the 3rd day.

I was losing money pretty fast, with my pocket Aces being cracked by K9o and stuff like that.
So I realized that Adrenaline poker is not what I need.

I'm now waiting for Turtle poker. I think it might be something like 25 players per tables with only two community cards. You are going to be able to see only one card of your hand and then the next one (in a different bet round), so the game will be pretty slow. Moreover, the software will select two players randomly to go out of connection and then extend their decision time to 1000 seconds.

May be I'll do better there.

Yeah it's not the same as deep stacked post flop play, but most of the players have their push/fold ranges WAY OFF (including me) ... so I think there's a good amount of money to be made on adrenaline rush ... Just try playing a couple of sit'n'gos and you will see some very poor push/fold play...

But still I don't think I'm going to play a lot of this... I think I don't know the ranges good enough..
