Strong point in poker  0
The strong point in poker is never to lose your temper, either with those you are playing with or, more particularly, with the cards. There is no sympathy in poker. Always keep cool. If you lose your head you will lose all your chips. (William J. Florence)
What do you think about that?
For me this is the basic ground rule for a poker player( head before heart) most of times I play by the heart I loose

This is always a good thing to try and stick to but it is never always easy to do so. The amount of times i have gone on tilt and played some really stupid poker is astronomical. The best way is to keep cool like you said but doing it is never easy

Knowing this, it's sometimes a good idea to act angry when you're not. People will automatically assume you're playing bad if you're angry, so use it to your advantage.

some people are just really angry then just end up losing it all

Thats right, everybody at the live table keeps cool with sunglasses and no emotions (ok and somebodys on tilt like hellmuth Big Smile ). Thats the reason, why i like vip tourneys at the tv with a lot of fun and crazy moves.

It's a very true statement and basically what it describes is tilt if you ask me.

If for any reason during you session you lose your focus on the game everything starts to go wrong and of course that will mean that chips will start to leave your stack.
