i just checked stars web page and it says that paysafecard should be a deposit option for Lithuanians, but for some reason i do not see this deposit option in my cashier. so i contacted stars support with this question- now i'm waiting for their response. will update when i have answer from support dudes.

Hmm why not use skrill and neteller, they almost are available everywhere most sites uses either one of them or both, so having both will be a plus.
just keep half of your accounts lniked with neteller and the other with skrill so you will always have money in both and they both can be used to withdraw money when the needs arises!

G'day mates
Well I have both Skrill and Neteller accounts. The problem is from what I understand skrill basically has shut down almost all features in regards to Canadian users thanks to new rules and regs which have been demanded from the Canadian government. Neteller has also been hit with new regulations regarding their Canadian members. I have money on my Neteller account right now but they will not allow me to withdraw it until I give them a copy of my legal Canadian Drivers licence. I no longer have a valid drivers license any more, because I currently can no longer drive since my disability's have made it impossible for me at this time. I did not see the logic in renewing a drivers license which I most likely would never use again so I did not pay the renewal fees. Neteller has my money and will not let me use it till I completely validate my account using document I can not give them. I have tried to explain this to them and so far it has not been taken care of yet. Damn Canadian government is getting as bad as the US when it come to online gaming. be cool

The option is available in full Tilt, have no idea about it in Poker Stars, although it may say about it. in their page. Usually when you visit a site they have the available options on the bottom of it.
