I downloaded this site and have not received nine pounds credit as ad, and the country was eligible Brazil. I hope for answers, and it is not the first time this has happened with an eligible country.

i think with the bount poker deal you have to send of your ID. did you do this

You have to send them a copy of your ID card and then you will get the money.

ive never played there but im sure the must have a customer service email address so you should send them an email asking how to verify your identity
