You got to give it to this guy, hes finally start to realize its not the end of the world that his political carrier ended. Now hes only need to finalize his divorce settlement and find some good roles and everything will be back on track just like when I was six years old and watched Predator the first time. Then the terminator films and after all that basically his whole filmography.

His new film with Stallone is supposed to be good, but he looked tiled and very old in his first standalone action film for years in The Last Stand. I still enjoyed it though. Hope he makes a cameo in the next Terminator film too.

He has got to go back to films because of all the money he has spent lately. But to try and go back to the same sort of films he was doing in the eighties is comical. Him and Stallone prove that they are only capable of doing one sort of film and its time to call it a day in my opinion

They not really doing the same, they doing it by much ironical way. Phisix mentioned Tha Last Stand, thats pretty good example, also the Expendables - these movies didnt take themselves too seriously and its worked for them IMO. Also, after 30 years worth of action they cant go to do Shakespeare or some mediocre tv drama - I dont think they cut out for that.

Arnie is still the gold standard for action movies.
Stallone said he hated the guys guts at the time, because he was the only guy ahead of him in the pecking order in the 80's and onward, Arnie got the better roles more money etc etc.
He just seems like a cool guy, quite a down to earth dude in some ways, unafraid of banging Mexican nannies.

They are actually friends now though and in Escape Plan played off well with each other being the star. There was a nice article on IGN about them both the other day from when they first met until now which is worth a read.
