Has anyone else gotten back Reject Bonuses because of Multiable player's using the same I.P. (under the same roof) this has been the response i have gotten thus far from 3 different sites BECAUSE I have a family that uses 1 laptop (ALL DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS, VERIFIED).... is this just a way for them to NOT want MORE players to join should my family and I have to draw straws to see who can go for a bonus... ( Cash Deposits as well )

ive gone thru this several times but not because of bonus's but because they actually wouldn't let us have more then 1 account in the household! pokerstars actually deleted my sisters account about a day after she made it and threatened to ban mine if it happened again in an email. this was like 6 years ago about though

There are alot of sites that now have it right in the terms of use statement which we all MUST agree too in order to play on the poker site and use the software that only ONE account is allowed per household. They claim that this is to maintain the intregrity of the games. The feel it will keep people from colluding to make money. The problem as I see it is this what if people are playing in an internet cafe, or through a university campas server network. where do they really draw the line. be cool

pretty standard stuff- of course a lot depends on the room where you're playing. probably the best thing to do in this situation is to contact support and explain your situation, offer to upload the necessary docs etc. if this doesn't help there's not a lot more you can do. btw some internet providers offer the option to buy extra IP address if needed...

Hmm looks like their sites security are doing their job and not allowing you to get new accounts. Best bet is to ask your friend where he registered so that you can register there. For bonus, it is one per househould, most of the terms say that. So yeah you will have to choose who gets what. But in the end you can still play on the same site if verified but one will not get any bonus!

I think the internet cafe is not a good option, they get your IP every time you log in and you play, and if they will see they could block all accounts...
The answer is another internet source(another IP basically) and you'll be able to take advantage of all promotions.

Most bonuses, including deposit bonuses, 1st deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, bonus-schemes, VIP bonuses and any other kind of bonus-promotion are subject to this rule (once per household). Pretty standard stuff.
Regardless of whether or not it's fair (it's not really - although, understandable given how easily somebody could create multiple accounts under family members names) - you will run into this nearly every where you go.

I had the same thing happen on FTP - years ago, long before Black Friday happened.. i was living for a little while with my dad and his partner and we each had an account and because they're not very tech-savy, they lost their passwords and instead of resetting them they created new accounts, so we ended up with about 5-6 (play-money / .org) accounts in the one household, but I only ever had one.. And then my dad and I each made a real-money account to play freerolls on and they blocked all but one of our accounts (one of my dads).
I emailed them and they said we could each have an account - but we had to verify them - so I sent them all of my identification and everything they asked for, but then they said they wouldn't give my account back unless my dad and his partner sent in all of theirs as well and they didn't want to, so I've never played on FTP since, lucky for me - because it *WAS* my favourite site until then, so when Black Friday happened I was very lucky that I wasn't playing on FTP, because at the time I had close to $10K on a different site.

Yep. It is standard stuff. Can't remember one single p0kerroom or casino T&C that not have that clause in it. Sucks to be hit by it, but i guess they have to protect themselfs from the fraudsters.
