with pairs i usually call and never raise until i analyse other player cause most of players calls with high cards so you should wait to see the rang of your hand with the flop .

Your question is waaay to vague.. It largely depends on your opponents, you stack size, the speed of the blinds, the type of game you're playing, etc..
For example - if you're playing a cash game, against multiple, good opponents and you're effectively 200BB deep.. then you should play very cautiously..
If you're playing against a loose fish and you're only 15bb deep you should get it stuck in.. deep.. stick it all the way in.
