Many congratulations to Sotirios Koutoupas on winning this tournament but Eugene must be gutted to get so close to winning the Triple Crown and not doing so, but he is so good he will definitely get another chance

Bravo Sotiri. And by mu behalf congratulations to Koutoubas who become first ever Greek player to claim an EPT main event title. Have to add that he was runner up to last EPT Prague and lost the heads-up in a tight race. Was watching biggest part of final table where Team PokerStars Pro Eugene Katchalov was outchiped most of the time but managed to climp second by winning lot of coinflips. Reached heads-up with 1 to 3 chip handicap and saw luck turn its back to him when Koutoubas pushed him with A3 ,Eugene called with AK but a 3 3 x flop end the battle.

yea he should be happy with 2nd place, and im also happy because he didnt win that treble beceause i want to be the 1st one to win it!
almost there, just missing some more big wins, i did cash in 10cents tourney today, so im getting really close to those big guns.
the world is mine. and theres nobody to stop me from winning (or at least getting itm of another 10c tourney in the future). and im not gonna stop there, no, ima move to 20c tourneys in a few months. Now thats a story, who wants to read about some guys winning trebles, when theres theapple winning $'s every now and then.

Poor Katchalov. But i think he is happy with almost 400k. He was close to triple crown, but maybe next time. I was surprised when i saw the greek guy at the final table. Congrats to the winner btw.
