Hello, Sorry for you problems, but i do not have any problems with Winnerpoker. And to be honest, i didnt saw that promotion there, i know only for 250% deposit bonus. And i got it. With withdraw, no problem at all. + its an IPoker.

I did nor understand if you saw that promotion yourself or an online operator told you about it!?
If an operator told you about it it could have been a personalized offer(similar to lets say 888) and not available to all players but in this case you should have get it.
