People need to learn that it is ok to admit when they do not know the correct answer to something. Instead of trying to make up a BS answer when you do not know, I ask you what is wrong with just saying, "I do not know, but I can try to find out if you give me a little time."
I think that is a great answer to any question I get asked and do not now the immediate answer too. I have found most business people respect this answer and are more then happy when I get beck to them later with a truly correct response.
