From what i understand is that they dont let you cash out the money you won there. But there must be a reason for it as always. Have you any more info about it that you can share with us?

If they have a phone you better use it. That is the most direct way to communicate in such occasions and they will tell you on the spot what is the problem. emails can take weeks to get back to you depending on the site.
