Greetings. Positioned myself in the last leaderbord (1 November to 31 January) in 19th place, with a prize of $ 45 dollars. Received in my PokerStars account only $ 40.

Just one thought comes to my mind Bruno It is very possible your's government made a tax deal with Pokerstars? As our did recently and we get 15% tax above certain point of our session profits. Nice? Despite that you have to call live support ,leave your message wait few days and site will take care of your's issue. By personal experience I guarantee bankrollmob will take a look but not soon.(about 5-6 working days. You need to contact them directly and not hoping someone look at the forum posts.Good luck and keep us informed.

I tried to see the money distribution in the previous leaderboard but it is not mentioned. Only the places are. But i doubt they had a different pay structure, so as you can clearly see, you were probably wrong about it and you got what you deserved

I don't get those type of people...
He saw wrong - OK, that may happens. But he's arguing about free cash - OMG! It's insane... He should be happy about the fact, that BRM gives you free money. Even if you got $5 less.

That's a crap argument tbh. If he won it he is entitled to expect all of it, regardless of whether he paid to enter or not.
That said, he made a mistake and I am sure he realises that now

You mean just like rest of Europe? Do we all have instagram accounts where we putting up photos of dollarbills burning and Maseratis parking in our garage? Dont get me wrong I meant no harm on anybody, but If he really working on three months to get onto the top30 of the leader.board to patch up his budget at home hes really got some serious problem and he shouldnt play poker in the first place. But since he made it the top30 after all shows that maybe hes got some chops to do this right, hope hes going to have enough patience to turn this 40 bucks into a serious bankroll that he could lean back on to the future...
