hey demo I see you only like stars and tilt, but the easy way to get your money is to open a party account, transfer from brm to your party account , then transfer it to your bank. the money from brm is unrestricted , so you don't haver to play with it. the last time I won the draw thats what I did.

You've given me an idea there crash....

Is Instadebit hooked up with PartyPoker...?

If so,...I might be able to send my MobDraw winnings to PartyPoker,...then to Instadebit,....although, I'm sure PartyPoker would require a deposit FROM Insta before they would ever send some money back there... Mmmmmmmmm...

Yes, they are optional with party.poker.
Now can we close this argument once and for all?
The whole problem started when you decided you dont want to open a party.poker account.

It looks like Neteller is NOT an option either...

I registered and on step 3,...THIS is what popped up:

Important information for members in Canada
Recent policy changes at NETELLER mean that members in Canada will no longer be able to transfer funds to or from online gambling websites using our service.

However, you can still use your account to:

•Send and receive money from individuals using our secure Money Transfer service
•Use a Net+ Prepaid MasterCard® for ATM, Point of Sale, online purchases

Sad Shock<FRIGG Smile

It looks like El Dictatore Harpero,...and his little revenue minister minion Flaherty have put an END to all this.... Angry

Congratulations for your win.

The only way to get your money then, will be by transferring it to Party Poker
and then go from there with their available options.
But better request it as soon as you can, cause some times it needs
a while for the specific transfer.

So now it looks like either Instadebit,...OR Visa (hopefully an online virtual card IS available for Canadskiy) are the best options for shifting cash around between poker sites...

At least with Visa,...buying stuff on eBay or whatever could be good to go...

Maybe I'll sign up with Instadebit...

One good thing about this thread, is at least any Canadians reading it will have a better idea of the remaining options...

There's no problem cashing out from PokerStars,.....JUST getting the Mob Point cashout TO PS...

yes party also has instadebit all you have to do is reg with them, they will send 2 small deposits to your bank account, confirm the deposits , then you can withdraw into their site. you don't have to make a deposit at party, just confirm your bank account.

Why dont you just open an account with Party Poker and then you get your points. It doesnt take long to open an account and some of the bonuses being offered make it worthwhile to do so. I hope you resolve your problem soon

Glad to hear you have an option on the table now Demo.

By the it would probably be use to check with Instadebit Cust. Support first to make sure they still allow transactions to gaming sites. They are after all a Canadian payment processor and may therefore have to abide by the same rules as Skrill.

If you do, please let us know what you come up with.

Good luck.

I phoned Instadebit last night.... They are good to go...! Thumbs Up

Buddy said they can operate because of a legal loophole that allows them to shift money back to Canadians.... Big Smile

Oh yes! That's fantastic news for all Canadians. I wan't to call them now and ask them about how the loop hole works. I love a good legal loop hole.

Double plus, if Instadebit becomes the only real means for Canadian's to deposit to sites then more sites will likely start taking Instadebit to get the Canadian market. No more transaction fees for us, boo yeah!

He said to me that the loophole works like this....

...because Instadebit is NOT a gaming website, but rather something more like PayPal, banks will transact with them. As you know banks in Canada will NOT interact with gambling sites of ANY sort...

Skrill is considered to be affiliated with or a subsidiary of gambling company or website(s)...

...and oddly enough...BankrollMob.com is ALSO considered to be a gaming website although NO gambling takes place here... I'm only guessing THAT is so because BrM.com 'promotes' gambling.

As far as fees go....They charge only $2 per transaction, no matter how large or small the amount!

Last December when I transferred $314CDN ($296USD) back here to my bank via Skrill,...somewhere along the route I got GOUGED $36CDN total for the wire and conversion fees... Thumbs Down Angry

The Canadian dollar has lost .12c against the US dollar since then. It was about $1.02 then,...now about .90c

Ripped RIGHT off...

...I wish I knew better then about Instadebit. crash or rfdflyboy mentioned Instadebit, but it didn't register... Confused

Oh does Instadebit charge now? Used to be free for the users and only the pokers sites paid for the service, that's why it was always my first choice, also why I figured most sites didn't accept it lol.

$2 is pretty good rate anyhow for sure.

I got 25mBtC, so the recent price drop is unfortunate Sad Only like 5-10 lost though for me. I have a fried with 6BtC, he is not happy right now.

Fees for Instadebit:

-from bank to merchant $1

-from merchant to bank $2

-Conversion fee: 2.75%

(merchant meaning: a pokersite or whatever business that accepts Instadebit)

You can cashout from a pokersite TO Insta and keep funds there for deposit to any site for free, but you can't deposit to Insta from bank. That is only a one way trip from your bank to Insta to merchant in one transaction.

Once your money is in a pokersite you can put it back to Insta (like an eWallet),...or directly to your bank,...but NOT from your bank to Insta.

They have big fees. For sure it is not a system for back and forth transactions,
if you are not moving big amounts each time. you will need to let them pile up,
or it will be gone in fees Smile
But everyone has increased fees lately. Even Moneybookers.
They had 2,5$ fee cashing out to credit card, now it is 4$.

Well with Instadebit Mober,...the ONLY time fees are incurred is when your bank is invloved...

..the GOOD thing is that you can transfer to Insta from poker sites, leave it THERE, and use it like an eWallet (No fees)...to deposit to other gaming sites or any other merchant that accepts Instadebit.

...and like you say,...you can fill up your Instadebit acct with cash and then transfer it back to your bank (for $2) when you have a sizable amount if you choose... Dollar

It's looking like Insta may be the choice to use for us North Americans... Smile Thumbs Up

Ha, ha, yeah good call. That's why I thought they were fee less. The money I have there grew from a NDP. I just move it around to poker sites for kickback offers and haven't paid any fees yet Smile $2 ain't bad to withdraw when I'm happy with the amount.
