Hello, Since i decided to join on party poker 2 years ago, had a problem. I made an account on partypoker, first time, the software worked. Then after i log out , and tried next day to enter, Boom, didn't work anymore. So i send them an email, they tried to say me what to do, nothing worked. Now after 2 years, i saw this new leaderboard, and wanted to give it a try. but since, 2 years has pasted since, i forgot my password ( tried over 100 of my known passwords, none worked ). I had send them an email with my problem, they said, they would give me an email to reset the password. Every time when i wanted to change the password , in the email i get a link / button with "Create new password", clicking on that, redirecting me on their site , and it should be a damn box where i write the damn password, but it goes for less than a second and then disapear. And then i get this " Password Assistance" : " You can only reset your password using the link once. This means it is ianctive, but you can still reset your password here ( new link ) here. It doesn't work. I tried to explain them in email this too, but they don't understand or they pretending not to. The question for you guys, if any one of you had this problem, and how did you fixed.
I'm not a noob in PC. since i have a Computer Science Degree. It doesn't get any sense, why it doesn't work to reset a damn password.

If it's because the "reset password link" can only be used once, then there's a chance the e-mail server might be "checking out the link" as it arrives in your inbox, so when you go click on it, it no longer works. I have seen this myself happen multiple times, so you have to account for a non-human actually "clicking" on the link first, so one-time links can be tricky.

qzmag, have you got this resolved yet? If so let us know.
If not: Have you tried talking with their live customer support? They can help you over chat and you can more easily explain the problem and answers immediately as opposed to email. If that doesn't work they probably have a phone number.

Thank you for replys. I did not talk with them via live customer support, i don't think i am able to speak with them since i can't log in. Or can I? I will check it out.

I think they had a phone number for customer support. Cant remember for sure and cant check either since their site is one of the blocked ones. But in your case if they have one this ill be the shortest way to outcome this problem.

Hello, I'm thinking to make a new account. I don't know iif i should or not. But since i never played with my account in 2 years, not even with Play money, not to say Real Money. I don't think should be a problem. And it's not like i will cheat or something. Because i would not play on both accounts, and not even once i will play on the other account, i can't acces. So, i'm asking if i should / can make a new account or not.

sorry to hear about a litle problem that closes youre account and i know in some situations it is so frustrated that such a litle thing can be so hard to solve 2 years pffff look at this ...support page of party poker and again sorry for you there is no Romanian phone number in the list ???
