QQ AK AQ AJ lost in all these hands almost one after the other. folded 9 4 and missed full house what to do? continue playing my game or what? what would you do? And with this went broke at party poker.

Because of these things happening "winners" play with bankrollmanagement. The proper way would be to keep playing your usual game and especially to never look at stuff like "omg I folded and would have flopped the nuts". If a play is profitable (and folding 94 preflop usually is) then don't worry what actually happened in this scenario.
However things like described above shouldn't worry you at all. You will expirience alot worse than a streak of a few specific hands in the long run. Losung 4 with 4 top hands in a row is something I expirience daily. If you are losing over tens of thousands of hands straight without making profit off that sample is when you should start worrying and not before that,

Take a break or change tables. Watch a movie or do something to clear your head not think about poker, and when you start up again don't think about what you lost the last time you played.

These things happens all the time at poker tables.The crusial thing is how affect a certain player.Me for example i just can't take it.Tilt a lot and cannot make decisions based on the facts and not my feelings. This week I lost a great pot when my Ace high flush was beaten by Flush Royal. So I gave up and said to myself:it won't be your's day ,get out now !!!But this works for me because later,if i would have keep on playing,i would chase my draws aggresivelly just to brake even.So i simply give up.Tomorrow is another day and poker sites won't get lost.Good luck to whatever you figure out to do.

It's just all about variance, i also consider that is wrong to think that: "Hey, with that crappy hand i would have hit the nuts on flop..." If you decide to play all hands in the end you'll be a losing player for sure! If you stick to the strategy things will turn eventually.
