I request tne 5$ for duck poker and you accept it but I writh my user wrong....my user is Adisor701 not Adisro701 ...it was my mestake...can you help me to receive to my real user account name that free 5$?

My advice to you:
You should learn to check everything you write, at least twice, especially in situation when even a small mistake will cause a problem.

There were similar problems on other no deposit bonuses that admin could fix them but on duck this is the first case.

If admin will see the thread maybe he will try to help you out and still get them but it's not 100% sure that his will happen...

I did the same thing , just email admin and it can be fixed.

Well, i guess the good part for those that already tried it it that it was a no deposit bonus so you did not had to deposit...

Now i remember that it was crash58 that had the same problem and it was fixed, i remember when i saw his post here Smile
