Today I received $9 no deposit bonus, but I can not play there. I tried to download the client, but it seems invisible! There is not a desktop icon. I can not find the client at control panel---programs and features.
I log in the client, I stay one minute and I get this message: "The program has stopped working" and I am automatically logged out. Then I can't enter again because I can't find the program. I have to install it again. But when installing again, it is not actually installing, it is updating.
Second try: I am logged out automatically again and the client disappear from my PC.
Do you have problems like that with Bounty Poker software? I wrote them an email, let's see what they will tell me.
Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix it? I see now this is off topic thread. I hope to get any ideas. You will earn 5 points less answiring that thread but you will help me!
