Does anybody have any supersitions before starting any tourneys.

Like putting on their favourite hat or lucky underpants.

Anything crazy like lucky charm ?

A rabbitts foot or Four Leaf Clover?

For me just a sturdy table to punch when the bad beat comes Aww crap!

same here not much superstitions, just pray for god when I need that one outer to come in my favor lol. You can;t control your luck, so we must play good poker and work on our game etc. Some players believe in those and they are recreational players and loses money, but they have fun, so no harm in believing in them i guess Big Smile

When i did many grinding hours for couple of years ago i had 2 webcamsluts, 1 from belgium and 1 from france.
Never got bored during playing poker.
With 1 or 2 of them i always feld like i cudnt loose.

Personally(it's not a superstition) I find I play long tournaments better with a movie on or someone to talk to. That way I don't get bored and start craving action. Go from placing to what the hell just happened in an instant if I get action hungry.
One superstition of online poker I have is the curse of the high hands though. I win with number cards and see more steals that way than I ever see with the high cards. Anybody with me on this?

EDIT: WOW! After typing that I just lost to a 2 pair 3&5 with pocket aces. Thankfully guy was on his last wind and I have a nice stack. Nonetheless Thumbs Down

EDIT: I stick to it! My pocket jacks just lost to a 2 pair 5 and 7. Tourney over, no place. Sad

Least it was a freebie.
