Hello, I started again playing poker on Ball poker, made some money and i have withdraw some of them. I requested a cash out 17 days ago and still nothing. Last week i sent them an email, and they said my request was accepted, but its a delay. 17 days delay ... too much . What a want to ask, if there is someone else in my position. If you had requested a cash out on the last 3 weeks, and if you got your money or not. Last week, they went from Euro to $ most of the tourney and cash games ( still some on euros ). I mean it's not on euro and dollars anymore, only dollars or some games euros.

They have always been slow....really slow with my withdrawals but patience always paid off: every withdrawal request I made has always been successful but they took weeks.
I just made a w/d request after reading your post. lets see what will happens.

I am so glad I choose not play there,maybe you should try duck poker,use the offer from,here,I am still playing with the $5 ndb and I have cashed out 3 times,and it only took a few hours or so,then,I wait for visa to pay me,all it take is 1 whole day.. no problems there.Or you can play party,with there master card it only take 10 mis money is loaded to you re master card and money is you rs with in 20 mins or less you re paid.Sorry to hear about you r troubles there,but others are having the same issue as you rs.

The weird thing, is the change you are describing from Euro to USD. Normally sites going the other way around, if not adding more options with currency. Maybe they are trying to lower the buy ins, to keep the traffic running.

Hello, Well my first withdraw, was paid 2nd day i requested on ball poker. But i don't know what is happening now. 17 days, it's too much. With buy-in, it's the same. Instead of 1.50 euros + 0.15 fee, now is $2 + $0.20 fee. So it's the same amount of buy-in and fee, but now is in dollars. I will wait abit longer, what can i do more, than i already email them about this last week.
Magatt i didn't saw you anymore on the tables where do you play? i play in tourneys from $0.60 - $11 and some ring games, and sit & go , heads-up.
I will give it a try to duck poker, to see how it is, but now i'm playing on 7 platforms of poiker

last two months I didn't play on Ballpoker, but have money in account and after reading your thread remebered of it and asked to withdraw about 80% of my bankroll there.
Anyway I think they still have the best promotions going on (ecpecially for low stakes players) and made a good amount of money out of there.
Anyway will look for you at the tables just to say hi

I requested a cashout on Feb 1st and still waiting; maybe is not a good idea to keep playing in this room but I have to make some rake before I can cashout all my money. As magatt says, the promotion are really good but if there is not money it's not worthy at all. Let's see wath happen this month. BTW my nick is vvblvrcmpn and I play NL4 and NL10. What are your nicks?

Hello, Day 21 and still nothing My nickname is qzmag01, but i play low stake at cash games, 0.02 / 0.04 NL, and tourney from $0.6 to $11, and some heads-up.
Did you send them an email or something? waiting for your money over 1 month ... it s too much. I sent oe email last week, and they say, it s a delay. The only promotion i want now is to get my money ) , and i play for Cash Ladder Chips. At the end of the month i want to make at least 10 Gold Chips.

I sent them an email one week ago, this is the answer:
"Unfortunately, we do experience delays with withdrawal processing at this time. We will get back to you once the payment has been made. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Best Regards"
Nothing to do but wait. I'll let you know if I get something.

I guess I won't bother with Ball, ty for the info. Williamhill is supposed to be the absolute worst for inventing delays and excuses not to payout, where as I found old FT and PS amazingly fast at such things. With modern internet payout options, anything more than one day is an indication of intentional delay or shoddy organization, so sites like WH and Ball should not be trusted.

Fer that was the exact same email i got from them too. Its annoying, 1 month... and i lost over $100 dollars in few days now.
There are other who didnt received their money from Ball Poker? Have a nice day and GL.

so you made a withdrawal from duck, did you make a deposit, or did you just use they money your got from BRM, I just received my free $5.00 today, but there is no tourneys to play ,so I was wondering what you played to build enough to cash out and how much did you need to cash out. thanks

I think you need to deposit. And i think you need to make some rake.
Well, i cashed out from Ball Poker before, and i got the money really fast, i requested on friday 4 PM or something and got the money Monday before 9 AM. But i dont understand now, why its taken so long... They make profit from tourneys fee and there are over 1000 - 1500 players all the time.

Hello, Have someone got the money? I still waiting for them. I'm thinking on sending emails every day till i get the money or ban. It's getting very very very fustrating when you wait 1 month and 1 or 2 weeks. Especialy when you made up your mind to do something with those money.
