It depends on what kind of cashout you are asking about...! A cashout from a poker site, or a cashout from BankrollMob...
You'll need to open an Instadebit account. Go to Instadebit.com
If you are talking about a BankrollMob cashout,...the ONLY way is to open a PartyPoker account if you don't already have one...,then cashout to there. The option for that is on the cashout page here.
PartyPoker has some GREAT promos,...so set up a PP account through BrM
Once your money is there, you can then send it to Instadebit.
If your Party Poker and Instadebit are not already linked,...you'll have to deposit at least $10 to PP from Instadebit.
THEN you'll have to upload a pic or scan or whatever of your driver's licence so you will be able to withdraw form there to Insta... You'll find out how to do that in the Party Poker main lobby...
Once your money is in Insta,...you can then use it to deposit to other poker sites,...or transfer it back to your bank...
