Hello Mobsters,
Yesterday I played 12 hours at the PokerStars cash tables. Currently I have Chrome Star untill 31 of March. I have to reach 87 points untill 31th of March and then I will keep the Chrome Star level untill 31th of April.
But after playing 12 hours, I played more than 10 000 hands, I received only 5 POINTS!
I just don't understand it! How could you play so many hours cash games, so many hands and finally they give you 5 points! Reaching 87 points to keep my level for one more month is mission impossible for me!
Sometime ago PokerStars have sent me an email that they are very pleased to inform me that I have Chrome Star level and I have a lot of privileges. One of those privileges they said is the 100K Privilege Freerolls. During the time when I am Chrome Star I have unlimited accesss to the 100K Privilege Freerolls.
But yesterday I decided to play those 100K Privilege Freerolls and the system said: "You don't have tickets for this tournament". Shame on you PokerStars! They have sent me email where I can use Privilege Freerolls and I can't play because of my Chrome Star.
I have sent them an email asking them waht is going on? I am really sick of PokerStars now! They told me your email was sent to a special department. Please, be patient. They will answer you soon.

If it is contributed and you dont have any good calls (moneywise) in the pot dont expect to get any points. Most sites now use this method and if you are a micro or low player makes it hard gaining points.

That equals to a little less than $1 rake contributed. That's really a low number if you really played that many hands (are you sure about this and have HEM/PT stats about this? If you came up with this number from head, it's probably wrong). How many tables did you play during this period of time?

Hi Peter!
If you played on smallest blinds table you couldnt get much points then. The bigger tables you play more points you will earn.
Truly, as Macubas said, play Omaha you will learn points fast. Even on small tables. Because at omaha pot is always big. People are raising mostly the time and thats why pot is big.
About 100K. When you are chrome star you dont get ticket, but you can buy it for free...
Just go to shop, find that ticket and you will see it is for 0 FPP.
Trully I rather deposit 10$ every month and get 1 month ticket then to play to Chrome

I played 3 hours at ZOOM micro limits $0.01/$0.02 and I played 10 hours at Fixed Limit Hold'em $0.02/$0.04. During that period of time I played only at two tables. I didn't change the tables. I started with bankroll of $0.70 and after playing 12-13 hours I finished with bankroll $5.
Yes, I have checked the statistics from last night. I have sent them an email what is going on and they replied me that a special department will see my case, have asked me to be patient and they will answer me soon.
------------ Arty182925, thanks for the advice! I didn't know that! I went into the shop and I bought a ticket! Cool! Thanks buddy!

Then your numbers can impossibly be right. With 2 tables of zoom you should make 600 hands per hour at the absolute max,and with 2 normal FL tables 200-250 hands per hour,at the max. At 0.02/0.04 rake isn't taken at many hands. The pot has to reach $0.20 for $0.01 im Rake to be taken out,and then that rake is split between players having been involved, often 3-4 players see the river there and thus many players paying into the pot. The number seems a little low even considering these facts, but it's well possible that the number is correct.
Zoom on Poker Stars is the way too go if you want points fast i earned 100 points in about 2 hours playing heads up fixed limit .10/.25 and have Chrome Star until the end of April which is nice don't have too deposit for the 100 K Free Rolls just go V.I.P Store buy a days worth of tickets and the weekly 5 K free roll GL at the tables

see when i would win, I would leave for a few mins and walk back on with 2, i seem to beable to collect points faster that way. if I double up i leave, come back 5 mins later with 2. I wait and hit the donks when they least expect it....but then i get cocky at times and lose it all...

if your playing .01/.02 and .02/04 it can of course it will take forever to earn 87 points, since points are determined on the rake, there is not much rake at that level, and if you want to play chrome star freerolls $100 K you have to go to the poker store and buy your tickets, they cost 0 fpp's and you get 24 hrs of freerolls then you have to go buy again.

Your welcome.
My brother had same problem with that before, thats how I know.
100k is nice way to get money for free and they are around 4 times per day
I mostly play 3 times per day, 4th tourney is in my night time so I cant play that.
You need around 1 hour and 20 min to get to money (even that isnt much, 10++ cents gets first in the money, depends on how much people are in it)
And you need to gave good nerves in the start of tourney because of b ingos lol. But that is usuall anyway lol

At first: 12 hours in a row are a solid session Perhaps they have new games: slomo single table cash games (10 Hands per hour) - but real: the best way is to send a mail to the support, they help you verry fast: And if you reach the Chrome star level, than you must "buy" a ticket in the vip shop for nothing and for every 100k freeroll.
Did you check "Requests > Display instant hand history..."?
You get a complete breakdown of the points earned in each hand. I use this if I'm trying to reach a specific goal, so I'll know exactly when I've reached it.

Wow 100k hands is a lot and it is great you managed to play a lot of hands but if you play as a nit your rake will be much less compared to those that play lag and play less hands, you should google information about rake on poker stars and see what you can come up with. The 100k privilege is a donk fest and can take 5 hours to finish so plan carefully before playing there. Good luck mate!
