There was a problem at Fulltilt. Short explain - if you win New to the game ticket 0.55$ you must register it to one of the upcoming New to the game sit'n'goes (NLH or PLO). But almost an year I was trying to explain to support that those NLH and PLO are no longer available for older players (because We have filled our limit) and the system does not allow me to register. So till last time they had to cancel my ticket and to transfer me 0.55T$. But the last time someone named Kyle explained me that:
"I have credited $0.55 in T$ to your account.
Unfortunately, this is the last time that we will be able to give you a Good Will Credit."
So I asked again what could I do if I win another and the Good Will is no longer available.
After 10 hours of bullshits the answer came from upper level of support:
"Hello Tomislav,
thank you bringing this to our attention.
We have escalate this to our Poker Room, as we can confirm, that players in your situation are unable to use the $0.55 NTTG tickets. We will also come with solution shortly for players like you, so this situation won't occur again."
