I received a mail today asking if i was satisfied of customer service concerning above mail that i had sent on March 22nd. and never received an answer.

Mmmmmmmmm....That's a little too long to never GET a reply Monsieur Pinotte... It usually takes a few days to get one,...but never THAT long to not...! THEN get one of those 'How did we do?' thingys...!

Maybe resend your querry and see what happens...! That's not like BankrollMob NOT to answer...!

I checked. I don't know what your question is, in the ticket, there doesn't seem to be one. It's just an email with information on how much you won in the leaderboards and that you are unhappy about the passwords being shared on the internet, nothing we can do about that, and you seem active on the forum so you must have read some threads/posts about that at some time.

I just received an answer today and understand that you hve no plan of changing the password procedure. I just think that in changing it could bring you more members however i respect your decision and continue to be an active member of the site.

I was quite curious when I saw the title of this thread and was intrigued enough to open it up and read it! Oh how disappointed I was to see that it was about password sharing! Well done on your winnings in the leader board, notwithstanding you had a big field to play against.

I got an email once from BRM askigng me to rate their support and I gave them the best possible combination because they really are fast, they are quick and give concise answers. Best games is on BRM and bonuses + the freerolls and the customers services is also great. So best site in my opinion out there and you would be missing out if you are not on BRM. The password problem has been discussed so many times here on the forums and the answer was clear from admin...

As for your other problem i think you may had diserved and answer and it's good that you finally get it, now you can rate the answer Smile
