Hello.I had same problem like u.I have lucky to earn 250 dolars from just 5d,i make rake 250 vip points but still not got 10 dolars after 200 points.I wait answer from them.I send them my id card and need to deposit min 5 dolars to withdraws ,they told me that .I like that softwer,players easy money,but so litle tournoumets.
