Poker Mira refuses to accept my documents for verification.I got five dollars no deposit with BRM code and earned about 30 dollars with them. Then i deposited ten euros so i can withdraw my winnings but they keep rejecting my documents.I sent them my drivers license copy which was accepted on every poker and casino i played so far. Then i got email that i need to take a picture of myself holding my id card.I did that also but they rejected it with explanation: Unfortunately we can not accept your full face photo holding your ID in hand because bad of quality.I don't have a passport right now and they refused every copy of me holding my drivers license card i sent them. What are my options guys?Is there anything i can do ?

First of all try to contact BRM support and see if they can escalate the issues to the right people. But my advice would be too verify your account before depositing, in general i mean, in every new room you play the first step is to verify so that you don not have money stuck with the bonus.
My steps are i register, get the bonus, verify then start playing. If i cannot verify I just forfeit the money and go elsewhere where I can verify easily and then play with bonus i have more chance to withdraw. Cheers good luck with them mate!

Try to get a better picture from the one you have already send. Dont keep your hopes up though, since there are a lot of complaints so far for this site, and it is relatively new so far. Other than that you have nothing to loose. A 5MP camera is a very good one for the job.

You see, after all their "demand" was a reasonable one. You should have sent them the better quality photo the moment you were asked for it. That gives some relief to the rest of the BRM members playing there.

i had to buy a new phone with better camera because of this. Why on the earth they would ask a picture of me holding my id when every other normal poker room asks for id copy.

You could ask a friend of yours or a relative to lend you a camera for a while to take that picture in no cost. I hope you didnt pay that phone too much making that cash out a minus after all. Or you can say that it paid for your new phone.

Cheers you see bookies and poker rooms do not bite they have people working there and those people are just like us and they have common sense and they have procedures to follow and most people would help out each other because this is what a good professional is. So glad you manage to resolve your issues. Most of my issues with poker sites about verification has been resolved swiftly with just an email.
So cheers glad people working in the gambling business are very professional!
