I don´t think there is a lot of players that are regularly registering in HU tournaments and then not playing. Maybe sometimes when they experience connection problems etc., but don´t think you could find a lot of such players a day.

I hope it was a mistake from some online translation, cause they way the thread started wasnt the best And like ddblt says, how many players can be sitting out in a HU game? Probably all of them are in front of the computer waiting.
