Hi guys, I thought I would let you all know about a problem i am having with MyBet and also see if anyone else has had the same problem. Yesterday(23/4),i played a few games of twister poker and on my last one i won $4 but after the final hand the usual picture of a trophy and congratulations you have won,etc,did not appear and the table just froze.I tried logging off and was told that i still had a game in progress even though i had all the chips,3 hours later exactly the same. The $4 winnings were not credited to my account.I sent an email to MyBet and as of yet have not heard anything else.I have logged into my account today and still have not been paid. This could be a one off tech problem but a couple of weeks ago after playing 5 or 6 twister tournaments i won a few,one of them was $4 again,at the end of my session i thought my account should have had more money in it but as i couldn't remember exactly what it should be i just assumed i had miscalculated and thought no more of it.Until now. I don't know if it is possible to check,and to be honest i play for fun and i am not going to make a big issue of it,i'll send a couple of emails but i don't see what else i can do,after all it's only $4 BUT if i was playing lots of $10 twister tournaments i would want to know if on occasion i wasn't being paid. I have the tournament number so i don't see how it can be difficult to find out what happened.If anyone knows how i can check my account or if this has happened to you then let me know please.

Since it is an I poker skin you should be able to speak to a member of staff via the online support button on the main page of the program. They should be able to help you straight away and can see what happened. I find email replys take too long but online support are usual there and done sort of thing.
It must be a system glitch as I have won a few twister poker games and it was credited everytime without fail. Good luck.

Hi Phisix, The live online support is not active,i am in UK and i think MyBet is German so has to be email or phone and it would cost more than $4 to phone international. I also play lots of twister and have never had a problem with ipoker but if there is an issue then somebody on here should know about it. As i said $4 is not a problem but what if you had won $10,000 and this happened!!that would be a sweat!!

I am on Ladbrokes myself which as you know is more of an English site. I think you should just wait a while and see what reply you get from them. I think it may just be a problem on there end unless you have dodgy internet? Then again I have mobile broadband and I never get those problems so it must be on their end.

Before starting a session in any site whatever the game is, take a screenshot of your balance where date and time can be in the shot too, as a reference if something goes wrong. It helps a lot and speed things up when you combine this with history.

That is a good sensible idea but I doubt the majority of casual or standard poker players would be bothered to do that.

Hi mober,as phisix says a good idea in theory but some people play lots of sessions on lots of sites and poker sites should not have a problem with keeping records of peoples money.Hopefully this is just a one off flaw in the system but there are probably thousands of transactions on i,after poker sites every hour so it would be interesting as to what the explanation is. Already over 24hrs and no answer yet.

Still no answer,no winnings,so have sent new email. Been nearly 48hrs but i think this is just going to have to be put down to experience. I will stick with Corals or paddy in future. And keep an eye on my balance!!

I've always found that when dealing with the "non-big 3" (all sites except PokerStars, FullTilt and PartyPoker) that mentioning in your email that you are a regular on various poker forums tends to focus their minds...
These guys know they are way behind the market leaders, and negative comments left in forums across the web are going to guarantee that won't change.

Hi yout85, thanks for your reply,as i said earlier i play for fun,i received $20 from bankrollmob in January and now have about $40,i don't want to create a big issue and get blocked or something but i think some thing like this should be known about by sites such as this. I don't see how difficult it is to see what happened,i entered a tournament and won $4 there is lots of ways to check what i have said. I 'm not 100% certain but i think MyBet as a bookies is quite big in europe but the poker is quite limited but i think this is going to be problem that ipoker wil have tol sort out.

It would be very easy for them to sort out, so I would worry if they don't....
Not about the $4, obviously, but I would be weary of playing anywhere where this kind of thing goes on. If you were to go on to win the $40 up to a withdrawable amount... would you be confident of receiving your money?
Best of luck getting this sorted. As always in cases like these, it's the principle more than anything else.

Not that much of a hassle really. Its PrtSc, then pasting it to paint You dont even have to put a name to save it, since it can be categorized according to date saved. So from the preview you can see the site, the screenshot has been taken from, then finding the date you are looking for. It has helped me twice so far.

It is a good thing they have updated you. The bad thing though is that it has taken too long already for a matter like this. Imagine if the prize money was more than 4$. Ask them for a compensation also in a form of bonus money

well u must add 888poker here ,they are trust worthy and big enough to know your money is safe ,but without competition is PS partypoker has dropped out of race with them long ago.would even put 888 in front of them imo

Thought i would let you know that today it happened again today,just won a $1 knockout tourney and the same happened,the you have won pop up did not appear. This time i took screenshots of the final table showing just me left with 12000 chips and the lobby showing final finishing positions,which show 2nd place receiving 90c and me with 9515 chips,it should say 12000 chips,so looks like the final hand has not registered for my account but has for 2nd place. A couple of minutes after as this happened i finished another tourney and won a token yet nothing wrong happened there,i have played quite a few since last week and all is fine with those. I have emailed screenshots to mybet but i have not received any answer from when it happened last week. I don't know if i can show the screenshots on here.

I heard the first time about this problems and i never had problems with my bet withdraws in the best. My bet was not only a poker room, they have also a big sport betting area. The best way in my opinion was to contact the support again with screenshots etc.
