so what do you need coach for: stimulation or poker? if stimulation is your goal then i suggest opting for a female coach as this is the more appropriate solution for quality stimulation in every possible way and position (u know that position is very important in poker.. but it seems it's just as important in stimulation as well).

Well you can google coaches about poker and you will have better luck finding a good poker coach but learning by yourself to go through the microstakes that is to Nl50 is possible maybe to Nl25 if it looks hard. And coaching will just be like 4 buyin for your level so it is really worth considering taking a coach session!
