These tables were first introduced in Microgaming network too long ago. There have been quite some players playing those. Some like these tables cause you cant use any tracking softwares giving away your play of style. From what i remember though they didnt have them in all limits and game versions.

They are a good thing for regulars so i guess that can work on higher limits...
The idea is that regulars use HUD software and record all hands, if you play incognito you have an edge against regulars but in the same time also an disadvantage.
