Sounds nice, i wish you luck to reach the final table! With a little bit luck and without suckouts you have areally good chance to win some bucks in this freeroll, the winner of this rebuy tourney normally more than 200$.
Aaand, that's why you shouldn't open a thread everytime you manage playing good in free.rolls. We all happy 4 you and everything, but next time make a thread when you are end up in the top3. Where the real money is. They keep calling them 100k freerolls, but the riverstars gave only 1k to every prizepool/tourey, so even ending on a good place is really just a poor result financial wise, since you played almost four hours for less than 3 bucks. You are bleeding money on this even if you won something - during four hours, you could made plenty more on cash tables or sng.

I second that. A good run is a good run no matter the values involved. Besides, just a bit more luck and he could be taking $200~ which is more than ok for 4 hours of FREE play.
hope the next one u'll hit the FT at least mate keep it up!

Totally agree on this (except the "you couldve made more elsewhere" part, for most players freerolls will be more valuable longterm because they'd be losing money in actual buy in games). This forum is getting flooded with such threads lately. Sure you could argue the run is meaningful and not the prize, but people post about deep runs that aren't even actual deep runs daily, e.g. if they FT a MTSNG or win a STT,if they are that happy about a result like that then the money will soon be burned in other games anyways.
Maybe I have a different point of view about it, I probably do, but.I couldn't imagine opening 3-4 threads a day everytime I win an 18 man or 45 man SNG for example

I'm not a high roller one bit all free rolls with me and more free rolls i never re buy or add on if there's some sort of promotion i will play where money is involved and or deposit for tournament tickets then wait a week or so and cash out my winnings and move on too the next promotion and yes final tables would be nice but not that easy with 15000 players GL
------------ O.K. mobsters here's a little bigger win on a slot machine 888Casino enjoy
Honestly, I didn't want to sound elitist or anything, and I'm by no means a 'high roller' (I am a recreational player at best), but yeah... Sometimes it's just more meaningful posting about a really great run, where you've got outed on the FT rather than assuming you're hot at the moment, so we should follow if you ending up on the FT... And I really don't want to be a debby-downer, but arriving ITM (or even running deep) in a free.roll is not something I would advertize, since most of them are paying terrible for all the effort you put into it. Again, congrats vic75, but you need to realize that those 15k people is the very reason this tourey pays this low even on the frequented places, if you are good player you should make your time more valuable.

Never nice to bust out of a tournament but you must be really proud of yourself for running so deep in this tourney. You had no choice to shove with AQ, you just run into a monster and got unlucky. Well done again though

At the end it is a tournament where you finish in a good place and won some money Maybe not too much but not bad if you play only freerolls. And if you are combining this by doing something else like watching tv for example it is for sure not a waste of time.

$2.46.....wowsers. You could retire...for 10 seconds.
Nice going but yeah like bowie said, people do this stuff all the time in big tourneys and don't post. Freerolls aren't a huge deal unless the winnings are solid.

Well that is why playing freeroll can be hurtful you played a game and runned good and at the end of the day you get a consolation prize and get just peanuts and wasted your times, at least it is what I think, but if you have a good mental game then you can play it more and get some money out of freerolls. Anyway good luck for the other freerolls hope you run good as always! Cheers have fun at the tables!
