We're making some changes to GentingPoker.com over the next few weeks, which we hope you will enjoy.
However, one of the changes is an update to our available payment methods. From the 20th May 2014, we will no longer be accepting the deposits via payment methods Neteller,Envoy, Click and Buy and Click 2 Pay. Any withdrawal requests to these payment methods will need to be made by the 27th May 2014.
You will still be able to continue to play at Gentingpoker.com, using one of our other payment methods including bank cards and Ukash. It's easy to register another payment method, if you do not already have an alternative set up, by simply contacting our Customer Services team

Lets say that i understand for some reason their decision of removing these options but Neteller? Why a site would like to do this. And if they dont have moneybookers is a major hassle for many players to do transactions with other methods.

idk why would they block neteller... ok i could see why would they want to get rid some of other payment methods... but having no neteller (and if they dont support skrill either, its... well, odd) will definitely make them lose tons of players... now why would a company want to lose players is beyond me. Could be just you though, maybe they think you are too good and are trying to get rid of you...
