maybe your lucky they folded, if you got reraised by AK, AQ , AA. you might have lost , and JJ is not an allin hand. I've been playing all day and I've seen JJ lose a few allin's today. so take your chips and be happy

If the sb was a tight player then you should either fold or flat (depending on his and your postflop abilities). If he was a loose donk 3betting often just shove it in.... Anyways, to sum up, don't expect someone to give you correct advice without specific information,because that's just not possible...

Just play tight aggressive for the first few levels so you do not lsoe chips and go all in with AA, KK only as their will be some wide shove and with variance you could lose if the tournament is dear to you. but if you have good bankroll management shoving JJ+ is a good move depending on the levels you playing.
