What would be an acceptable amount? $5? So that's just $5 * 583,000 members = 3 million dollars we have to spend every year, on birthday gifts...

It's nice that kolecgoclaw takes time out of his (perhaps) busy day to thank us for GIVING him a FREE chance of WINNING $50 for his birthday. What he doesn't know, is that the Mob Draw has actually been won at least once before, with just 1 ticket. But of course, we could do what all other sites do, and just send a "happy birthday" mail and that's it. Due to the nature of our business, we thought what the heck, let's give the members a chance to actually win something, instead of just sending an email saying congrats you were born 35 years ago.

It's also nice that, despite kolecgoclaw just wrote "beter 4 me ,dont give me nothing", he actually went ahead and claimed that very ticket for the Mob Draw, which he clearly says it's better for him NOT to get it. So I'm confused... he doesn't want it, but yet, he takes it...

Well there are some people with no common sense even a gift is not enough

Creat yourself a poker forum and then give to everybody the world best prizes

It´s easy to criticize but it´S HARD TO DO BEST

For me brm is the best and is always finding ways to give something back to the members so as we say in Portugal words of a donkey don´t reach the sky

Exactly, but even with $0.01 * 583000, that amounts to $5830 per year, that seems to go unappreciated...

How about, instead of giving everyone 1 MobPoint, doing a weekly $100 freeroll instead, for everyone with their birthday in that week? Might be fun...

Or even just skipping the birthday present, and add prize money to the calendar...

That's a good idea marqis. The freeroll that is.
The only problem is where would they play it ?
as not everyone is on stars or full tilt or even party.

maybe monthly tourney would be a bit better though. Im sure theres tons of inactive users, plus weekly tourney would also be a bit cumbersome for... whoever is hosting it.
Thats another 4 tourneys per month, or 50+ per year they would have to take care of. On top of their usual promos, tourneys and some seasonal stuff... might be a bit too much imo Smile

That may be an advantage rather than a problem, since it might generate a few more accounts linked to BRM (thus generating more income for BRM)...

@Theapple: My initial thought was about a monthly freeroll, but then I reconsidered since my birthday is not in February... Blink

BRM have no obligation of make agift to anyone birthday and i am very surprise that the admin posted to defend their policy. With the attitude and words used by this guy i would have just banned him from this site Question Question Question Question Question

Wow some people anymore, always have their hand out....I have had mine out in the past but never ever once complained about the handout....wow its free. I could understand if he didn't get laid on his birthday or something but c'mon, don't whine in here about your issues.

take the free gift and GTFO

Cool

Ungrateful i think is the right word to describe this situation, it's something you get for free in the end...

Maybe he is mad because he did not win, but 1 chance compared to 10.000 or more on that week is nothing.
