Today's selection is, Arzaak in the 1.50 at Brighton. This horses' form figures do not look all that inspiring at first glance but i think he has run better than it looks. He has pretty good course form which is very important on this downhill undulating track. An each way bet is advised, William Hill go 10/1

No luck yesterday with my selection. Today's selection is, Verdana Blue in the 3.25 at Ascot. This horse returns to flat racing today after smashing the course record in the Scottish Champion Hurdle on her last outing. This fast ground is ideal and i can see her running a big race. No luck with my last selection. Today's selection is, Supasundae in the 5.30 at Punchestown. This horse comes here after a very good win in the Aintree Hurdle and could not be in better form. This shorter trip should not be a hinderance, they normally go a very good early pace in this type of race, and a good run is expected. William Hill go 7/2

My selection came second yesterday. Today's selection is, Coronet in the 2.55 at Newmarket. This filly is making her seasonal reappearance today and ,if she is anywhere near full fitness, should take some beating. She was one of the top fillies of her generation last season and i think will have another good year. William Hill go 15/8

No luck yesterday with my selection. Today's selection is, Mot Juste in the 3.35 at Newmarket. This horse comes here off the back of a very good seasonal reappearance. I thought she looked like the run would bring her on and , if that was the case, she should give a good account of herself today. William Hill go 16/1, so an each way bet is advisable

Today's selection is, Rose Of KIldare in the 2.00 at Beverley. This 2 year old filly has been slow coming to hand but has really sparkled on her last 2 runs. If she continues to improve at that rate she will take some beating today. William Hill go 100/30

Today's selection is, Corgi in the 5.35 at Royal Ascot. This horse really is the model of consistency and invariably runs a good race. He was second in this very race last year and, granted a little bit of luck in running, can go one better today. William Hill go 6/1
