I believe its an RTG casino. There are too many casinos there that you need to avoid. Rogue most of them. Check first of all to see if they are in the list of rogue casinos. Then check to see their license if they have one and file a complaint to the authority. Good luck.

You are not the first to have complaints against this casino and their sister sites,check out ask gamblers and casinomeister. The best thing to do before you go to any casino/poker/gambling site is to just google them with the word rogue or scam after the name,or to play it safe just pick one of the well known ones.

If it was a smll amount he had some chance to get it. But this high i ewally doubt, especially from them. And they are keep staying in business after such practises, managing to "eat" deposits from naive players. Wonder why countries which are based to, dont do anything about it. By the way Casino and Costa Rica is stay away no matter what

And somebody achieved justice?
These casinos are a scam. I have tried few times and even got to the point that i could withdraw money from the site. But then i needed to send a stupid taxback form with credit card information and i needed at least one succesful deposit. Well didnt send the taxback form or make a deposit.
