Hi...I'm the winner of the facebookparty poker that was posted on june 20 i've been trying to message them in facebook and even use their live chat but they always said that they will look into it it's been a week now already no one contacted me on how to claim my $50 tournament ticket...Anybody here experience this in party pokerfacebook or any of their promotion ??? you can look up their facebook posted on june 20 thats me a confuse winner... LOL.... ok thanks

I have won a $10 and a $5 in those tournaments in the last week and the tokens have just gone into my account,I haven't used them yet but they are there.As far as I know you do not need to claim them,maybe the winner does but I didn't.Good luck.

Well good luck with the party poker support staff, i do not think you will get anything from them based on personal experience just look on the bright side you won something and it can be said that you are lucky and maybe in the near future there will be another big win for you. Just don't join partypoker almost all their promotions has catches. But you never know maybe you get to somebody at party who is a good person and you will get your issue solved?
