Hello Mobsters Have a question about tournament dollars for how long are they valid I have won some at BWIN and I holding for a hard day but don´t want to loose the capacity to use them Sorry to bother you but sometimes cthe forum is faster then support

Just use them already as BWIN has the reputation of removing bonuses if your account stays inactive for a long time and you will not be able to get it back afterwards. So get them before they are gone, you can never know when this will happens and hope you get some money out of them with those tournaments tickets mate. live support it seems nice but I think it´s not available for Portugal or I can not find it On the help section only email "send a question" I did that waiting for the answer but ty guys for your help It´s always nice to share at the Brm forum

Better as their support for it. And even if you get a responce on this saying they dont expire, dont get too comfy about it Whenever you have free time, start using them. Better having a try with them, than losing them from expiration.

Thank you guys for your answers it´s nice to have feedback from my fellow mobsters Ihave email their support but still waiting either way start to use some playing double or nothing and doing fine so far but hope to hold some for a "rainy day"

Just read your original post. Have not read though the responses so if I am repeating what others have already said, i will apologize. I personally have found the each site does things slightly differently. Some site leave ticket on you account forever until you use them while other have them expire after 30 days. You can often find the answer in the terms of site use document. You know the one they always want use to acknowledge reading even though they know darn well it is so darn long that none of us ever really do I just recommend you use them first before using your own cash. hope this helps. be cool
