That's nothing. Tomorrow the news will be something like "Viktor Blom won 700k in 3 days". That's what he does, he's a gambler and he likes to win big. He's an aggressive player and I'm pretty sure that he's going to make even more that 174k in the next few days, and even if he doesn't, that amount doesn't mean that much to a millionaire poker player like him, but by the end of the week he's going to be up a few hundred thousand! Cheers!

Thats nothing for Viktor, i mean if he could have lost at least 500k or more it could have been a piece of news on his level...

If i remember good some days ago it was a news that he won almost 700k dollars in two days Smile

Yes! That is correct! Thanks for agreeing! I also remember that he won 700k last week or 2 weeks ago! Since the minute this was posted until now he probably got he's money back and probably more lol because he is one of the best players out there, it doesn't matter if it's cash or tournament, live or online, he gets at the finish line almost always! Cheers mates and may you win as Viktor does!

Hi there; Thanks for commenting ...

agree on everything.

Even when it is very aggressive. If you do not watch this video ..

Definitely shows its aggressiveness and my question is:

Isildur1 ¿genius or crazy?

Yeah, I've seen that video a long time ago. Maybe being that aggressive all the time it's not that good, but in the long term, in my opinion, aggressive play is good play and I'm sure there are a lot of people out that that agree with me! That particular hand made him look like a fool because he kept betting like a blind man, but most of the time your opponent does not have such a strong hand and he can't continue so you win without having to flop anything, which is a great feeling!

The ups and downs of Viktor Blom continue and long may they do so because i love reading about the allmighty swings this guy has on the poker tables. He will definitely bounce back and will keep doing this.Good luck Viktor

It is usual stakes for him and losing that amount in one day is chump change for a player with so many big wins like Blom. He has up and down like all poker players except his swings will look big, just divide the wins and loses he has by like 1 million and you can see a micro player will have the same swing. But kudos to him for being able to whistand such a swing on the nose bleed stakes! Anyway you will hear he won big tomorrow lol , anyway have fun at the tables gus and good luck and hope you do not have those swings!

It depends on how you see it. No matter how much he has won so far or wins per day
and that goes for all the players i still think it is silly losing that money in a poker game, in just one
day. Maybe thats one of the reasons i wont never be a player of their level Smile

170k is nothing really, if you remember good back in the day of the old Full Tilt poker he lost millions in a day in the epic game againt Brian Hastings...

Definately you need somehow to completely detach to the value of money to play on that level, otherwise you would lose your mind Shock

To me,...it's no news at all what goes on with this guy... It's always the same old same old... Up and down like a Yo-Yo,...but involving HUGE sums of cash... Dollar

...and as far as Hansen goes,....that's pocket fuzz compared to what HE lost in a big slide recently...!,...but his winnings here will at LEAST give him a little lunch money... Big Smile Thumbs Up Dollar

If you are used to winning and losing millions of dollars here and there then I don't think winning $174k on one day will make such a big deal to him.
As we don't know what his real wealth is we won't know if he is a genius or an idiot. He could be quite easily be winning millions in private sessions around the world and probably has a few internet sponsors that he has to indulge every now and then just to keep his name in the mainstream poker news.
