It really grinds my gears when you get in those situations where it seems fate is watching your game and says "I feel like that guy should go" Like the following hand ill share. Those times you did nothing wrong but you where destine to fail simply because. It is not good practice to take these situations personally nor give them much thought ( Other then knowing the decision making process was right Blink ) and any player worth a grain of salt knows that its the process that matters not the result as we have control over the first, You can't help but feel like fate her self (any one of you go ahead and argue that if fate has a gender it aint a chick..go ahead) yes fate HER self felt like "punishing you".

This was early in the 100k so was no sunday mill but I thought the hand was amusing how it worked out.

it is just coincidence but it happens to all poker players playing tournaments, because every time you play you have to get something that happens against the odds , like you see two stacks going against each other one flip AA and the other flip 32o and flop the straight and beat the three aces hand. And the other guy stay on the tournament and the next hand you are forced to all in and you lose and you can blame fate for not letting the small stack lose so you would not be the bubble boy. Big Smile

Cheers good luck mate!

Yes mate indeed I just found it like i said typical that when i get KK and am faced with all in in this particular tournament you have to call folding is 100% wrong move lol and ofcourse not only am i up against aces but both other kings are held by the others lmfao Aww crap!

It's even more frustrating when you're playing 2NL-10NL zoom poker. Everyone is so tight that you just know that a 4 bet is AA or KK... and when you get 4bet holding KK it feels so sick... But folding is still too exploitable so... Run the 20% equity Big Smile

You played correctly the hand but as i saw that so many players went all in it was clear that at least one of them would have american airlines Smile

The fact that surprised me is that none of the players did not had a crappy hand like J8 and take all the chips rofl

Better luck next time!

True i was expecting more fish hands but that early in such a donkfest i never expect aces there myself even with all those all ins

These situations seem to arise quit a lot in tournaments and i have seen lots of these. I wonder if you even contemplated folding your Kings because there was so much action? Never happy shoving all in pre flop

in any normal tournament i would have seriously considered folding, but with the 100k freeroll the beginning is huge shove fest

you are complaining because your kk lost against the aa Aww crap!
man , i just lost 50$ with aa against qq , all in preflop and he rivered a queen
that is poker , especially in these freerolls , everybody is shoving , just be happy he didn't have a hand like 10-J , that would have hurt you more
