Just curious as to what everyone else plays....

I have been playing every poker varient, learning as I play. Any of those weekly round 2 freerolls..
kind of like playing all these variations as it gets my mind thinking and away from holdem.

Every since playing these I am managing at least top 10% finish, I still have a ways to go for getting more tickets but it also is making me think differently when I play holdem now and I seem to play better.

Anyways thats that!!

Up until about last New Years,...I was dining on a daily steady diet of various of 'The Big' tourneys on PS, addition to the BrM tourneys and other various miscellaneous tourneys and what have you....

... made a few 100 $$$,...but it got TOO stressfull... now it's just basically the FT/BrM Leaderboard tourneys, a few other miscellaneous... Big Smile

I am playing mostly omaha hi/lo then omaha and last holdem, when we are talking about ring
games. Tournament is another story since you cant find often omaha games,
so there, it is mostly holdem.
With the rest im only playing freerolls, or for fun, mostly stud and 5 card draw.

I have been really enjoying Badugi and 2-7, and stud now that I understand them I find alot of people just dont know how to play....I am picking up on the game within 3 hands..

Doing well and dont laugh but once out of the grip of my ex wife and working I will be taking poker more seriously, a few friends of mine honestly use pokerstars as an extra income...I am not that good but I am taking the time now to learn all these games, plus its a break from holdem.....

Also I love omaha except people seem to play every hand, hard to deal with when your missing flops and putting money in.

hiya snippy,i like to try the different games but cant get a hold of them and seem to seep back to hold'em,dont like Hi/Lo as i feel it always takes twice as long,if you get what i mean, stud is the way im heading but need to learn the play cheap.
Dont think you can learn much playing freerolls though,as i can only say.."people be crazy"but im gonna keep trying till i find the 1...good luck on your quest buddy and take care......

I learned hold'em NL quite a long time ago, and then one day, while watching a tv show I thought: I wanna get good at this! And I started studying and yeah, been playing that since I started Big Smile
