I tried this one using the lowest quality to see what difference it makes... It uploaded much faster, but is of significantly worse quality than the previous video.

Ahahah sick IceQueenAce Respect though for supporting a "lower ranked team". Here in Portugal only top 3 teams get to have full stadiums. That's why premier league rules. Btw, I will start watching your videos so keep em coming
This is exactly the type of resizing artifacts that I talked about earlier. You can't really make a 480p video when you screen has a resolution far greater than this, and still have crisp looking text.
I've never tried this screen capturing thing on youtube, but I would imagine you need to set your screen resolution (for your windows desktop) to 720p (i.e. 1280 x 720 pixels), or crop the video to this resolution. This would not really give you much room to display more than one table though.
Look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHYwG-DgI3E about 5 minutes in he talks about setting the region to 1280 x 720, so only that part of your screen will be captured. His video looks okay, apart from some compression artifacts, but the resolution is one-to-one pixel mapping, so no resizing.
