Platinum play and Royal Vegas are the best sites for that afaik. However, I don't know what the rake is like combined with the edge possible, so not sure if they can be played profitably.

Paradise Casino (the downloadable one) offered once or twice a week even freerolls and 1EUR buy-in. All that was 24 hours long and guaranted about 100 EUR, 50 EUR half of the prizepool was for first place. On the freerolls top 10 players cashed. Full Tilt now offer black jack but I think no tournaments available there.
