If you look underneath your balance,slightly to the right,you will see 2 small squares, if you click on the right square it will change the lobby view to classic which is easier to find what you are looking for. Click tournaments,under game name find restricted and you should find it,also you can click filters to personalise the particular kind of game you want to play.
