If you can initiate a cash out in their cashier, i suppose there is no need to deposit. In other sites that is mandatory the software doesnt let you proceed if you dont make the minimum deposit. If you can start a cash out of course that doesnt mean they wont ask you for a deposit through an email for verification purposes. And the question there is, will you deposit with what is going on there at the moment?

I really dont know. But if i was in your place i would wait first to see BRM members getting paid and then trying with a minimum deposit for like 10$ for example. If it was 25$ i would have given this even much more thought
