I'm currently playing my first game in a wile, probably a few months. It's a $0.50 MTT. As of right now, 45 places paid, I'm currently in 69th, not doing very well. I've had a few unlucky hands so I fell down after being in a solid 20th place almost all tournament. 106 players left so I need to make a move soon, blinds are at 125/250.
Wish me luck!
------------ Okey, that's messed up. Within a few seconds after posting this thread, I got dealt QQ and got pushed all-in pre-flop. He shows AKs. Flop is QA3, turn is A, river is 3...
I went out in 103rd place. Really bad start getting back to poker

Cheers welcome back to the poker scene after a break and congratulations on getting back in the game and hope you get some good run going mate, will be looking out for you and hope you get some money from the tournament.
6th out of 6 for your last game? But you still got placed money right as the final table always get some money , dont tell me they have less than 6 places paid. Anyway good luck in your next game, more luck and you can win it mate!

Posted by erru9107: Thanks. Playing a $1 WPT Step 1 SnG now. I had a ticket for it that I didn't know about so I thought what the heck
------------ And I'm out again, in 6th out of 6... AK busted by Q5 and then KK busted by KJ. It doesn't seem to be my day today...
Doesn't matter, just keep trying, my advice is to play some freerolls from the BRM to practice MTT's and get back how you're used to do things. If you're playing like Gus Hansen, your fellow countryman, it could be you're just unlucky, if you pay aggro it's very normal to lose a few games in a row...
------------ Oh wait... I just said The Great DANE was from your country? Stupid me

There is no reason of course to get disappointed. You have played lots of games and you know the story so the bad start wont be a problem. And of course all the good luck we can wish for your next games
