This is absurd. my girlfriend trying to get already for 2 weaks out the winnings. she send all required documents, and still the answer is: ''We will not process any withdrawal until we received a full screenshot of your skrill account showing your deposit made on the casino and your name''.
this is absurd. She sent screenshots from skrill, her ID, her phone bill, and still the same answer. maybe anyone can help. how can you take a screenshot from SKRILL with your name and surname, and transaction to casino in one picture. send it to [email protected]

i'm sure if your girlfriend would send a pic of her boobs to casino classic- money would be in her account in a few seconds.
this is what drives me crazy these days- corporate dudes going crazy and wild about boobs of young and not so young girls... they do anything to fulfill their needs and pay no respect to individuals.

I cant really tell from what you are saying if the winnings are coming from just a deposit
or from a no deposit bonus.
But read the thread that was posted here some time ago.

As mober said-it is difficult to give any advice until we know how you won in the first place,the terms for the various bonuses vary a lot.
I am pretty sure casino classic were/are part of the casino rewards group and there have always been complaints about the way they operate.
If you have deposited and they are not paying out you will have to keep trying to chase them and try and give them the documents they want and hopefully after a while they will realise you are not going to gamble away your winnings.
If you still do not get your winnings then get in touch with BRM if you signed through them or go to a specialist complaints site like askgamblers or casinomeister.
