No, the 888-group has nothing to do with bwin-party. But the 888-network player base has grown quite a bit over the last year. Maybe to much for their infrastructure to cope with.

I don't play on 888 that much these days but my wife does, and it's driving her crazy. I did a little searching on the net and lots of people have been complaining of this for the past 12 months.

I saw that 888 was having disconnect problems last night and I indeed did try to connect to PartyPoker . However, having connected it wouldn't let me play real money! So, I contacted online help, who I have to say we're particularly ineffective, suggesting I had downloaded the wrong software and that I should uninstall my software and reinstall different software. It all seemed to get to be too much when I told them that their link to the download page wasn't working and I have been using the same of and download for years! So much so, that I got no further response from the online help. Sometime later, I logged in again and all was ok????????????????
