I think he was screaming at the river, easy to say with hindsight but if you had checked the turn and then shoved or 3/4 bet ($1.50 ish) the river he may of folded, it may of saved you $1.50 or so and you may of stolen it. nh both tho

Just a setup. This is the kind of flop we want to see with pocket jacks, so there was no real chance of letting go our hand here. To much chips went in preflop and on the flop.

No, the raises are fine. You just never had a chance to realy judge the strength of your opponents hand, untill it was to late. Tricky play by him. Of cause we can not fold any more after his raise on the turn.

I was very confused to see him shove the turn, called hoping to see something like A10, was dreading a set, and no where near expected KK. I hate getting it in behind, but on the turn I can't really fold, just call and hope for the best.

Nothing wrong with your play here - but I don't rate the play from the Kings.
Should've 4-bet pre-flop... Should've re-raised on the flop... He was missing out on value both times, and only won such a nice pot as you luckily (for him, not you) had a smaller over-pair.

I dunno, I kind of like the way he played this hand. When I get jacks, I convert the poker chips into chicken flavoured potato chips, eat them, and only regurgitate them WHEN I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. And just to reiterate my point on the kings... He may have been deceptive, and ended up with a bigger win because of it - but the ends doesn't justify the means. When he flatted pre-flop to a 3-bet he WAS making a mistake. When he flatted on the flop, he WAS making a mistake. This time it didn't cost him, but in future it will. Mistakes = minus cash. Correct plays = plus cash. Not always in the short term, but certainly in the long term.
