Ive been contacting them for three days this is the third they said 2 times I would receive a new code within 24 hours cause the code I bought wouldn't work all cause the retailer had the code behind the counter printed from earlier this year so they froze it ,now they wont awswer me back just say that its being escalated when they already told me it was approved and sending me a new code what do I do I think I got scammed.

got another code after 4 days or so lol took a long time but got it anyway!
