About Pokerminds.com and recent problems  0
Many players are complaining that they can not realize the cash out and not received the prize of the tournament 250 ~ 300 ~ 500 GTD.
Support remains silent.
Well, what happens is that many players were creating more than one account, making a deposit on one of the accounts to play on depositors freeroll. The prize should be released by earning points, but players were purposely passing money to another account for withdrawals without releasing points.
Many accounts are being investigated and the company is trying to recover from the damage. With a small team of support is understandable delay in proceedings.
The pokerminds always did everything to attract players, practically gave money to ensure the loyalty of the players, support staff had a very quick and friendly. I'm sure they are doing everything to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Guilt is also the administration which abused the promotions and high awards in freerolls, allowing this problem without any control. Disagree

This is no excuse for cancelling cash-outs.
This is no excuse for not replying to ANY mails requiring info from them, for over three weeks.
This is no excuse for not paying out to the players who HAVE cleared enough points.

My spreadsheet shows I have played 21 sites this year.
Everyone of them is green, except one that is showing red. Sure its only £8 red but when I have £40ish sat in the account and can't access any of it, it's rather annoying.

Bunch of crooks and I see no way they will be paying out.

this is no excuse for Lucas getting salary from PMinds and making posts around here within his worktime, as a part of their staff in order to attract more players to play with those crooks, who will, with no excuse, never again get anything from this room.

Yeah see what happens when a few people use the sites for their illegal activities they make the honest people playing there pay and this sucks as it looked that poker minds was going good until those things happens, anyway bad moves from the players as they will be found and punished and for what, exchange of money, you could have kept it and use it rather than trying to clean it through a poker site, dumb people i tell you!

Never played there but cannot wrap my head around the fact that anyone wiuld try to withdraw 20-50$...if i win 1-300$ so dont see the point in withdrawing as its not mich money. But 20-50$ seems loke a complete waste of time

What about there affiliates? what about there money? there owed too, there;s no real excuse not too pay them,as they would be paid for players who deposit.I think these are excuses, and look at there guaranteed tourneys,I don't understand how they could make any money, cause they pay outs are just too weird, before they had a min of players required,as too even start a game, now that doesn't happen, and yet before the games wouldn't even start with out the min player requirement was met,now they start with min players and every 1 gets paid, even if they don't have enough to cover the cost of even hosting the game, there losing out. Its all bit too wierd to me,and most of the players there where there from the start of the site,so why haven't they got paid,or does there loyalty mean nothing?

Hey guys, keep calm, I'm also experiencing this problem and decided to research on this subject. I play there since the beginning and I read several threads about a problem with fraud. I am not defending or working for pokerminds, I'm just trying to clarify and calm the people. I decided to explain how the fraud worked. Unfortunately we were all affected. Do not play in pokerminds until everything is resolved ... if this is resolved! Question

------------
I never deposited, but I have done several withdrawals and never understood how pokerminds earn money. In my opinion they were trying to attract players and ended losing control. Thumbs Down

They should have spotted this at the very beginning.
Obviously some there didnt have a clue and the problem escalated.
But at the end it is not the fault of all the legits wanting to cash out.
I dont think the amount that they lost that way was a huge one.
Probably the are delaying trying to figure out the situation, like which account is real and which
is not.

1) I wouldlike to know the sourco of the informations you are sharing with us.

2) I would like to see at least a proof demonstarating you are telling the truth?

3) I would like to see if your statements have been supported in some ways by official pokerminds support/managers/owners/spokesmen

4)I would like to hear an explanation of the reason for which official affiliate manager on another mainly knows site in pokerworld, who presented himself there in this way:

"Hi xxxxxxxxxx,

I am Zarko, one of the Affiliate Managers at PokerMinds.
My colleagues and I will be acting as a bridge between xxxxxxx community and PokerMinds.com. Our goal here is to hear your opinions of our room and provide you the best service possible."

is now disappeared from there and his last login there was on 14/10/2014 and is not answering
to a 11 pages thread of people blaming pokerminds for cashout problems

5) Would like to know why pokerminds owners/managers didn't get in touch with us here or whit admins here to clarify their situation

Luis please answer my questions with valid argumentations and then you may have some credibility.
No offense and nothing personal with you but your first post suonds really suspicious.

Impatient to hear for your answers

If you read my topic with a minimum of care, you will see that I am giving my opinion on what happened, my hopes that everything will be fine. About fraud, this is a real problem, and occurs in any room that offers no deposit bonus. I play in pokerminds a while and I've witnessed all kinds of chip dumping. I've talked to people who do this. Depositors tournaments with high values for the few players buy in for free, I'm sure the problem has worsened in the room. All complain about the need to release poker points, but that's part of the control over what is offered for free.
Frankly, there are people who still think that a room that possesses a maximum of 100 ~ 150 players making withdrawals only, no deposit, no rake accumulate points, would last long?
That's just what I know. I know I should have reinforced that is my opinion, but stop accusing me, I do not work for any company related to poker.
I did not get here saying "hello!" I'm operator of pokerminds ... Aww crap! Disagree
